Thank you for posting this set list. I was losing my mind trying to re-configure what I had just seen at the show. SO MANY AMAZING SONGS! A monster of a show. This was my 4th Nails show and this one made me weep. A perfect setlist.

You’re welcome! I’m glad I posted it and I’m also glad you found it. So I’ve heard, it was a great show! Reptile heh, one of my favorites and I had my doubts it will be played in Vegas since the last couple of shows had the same setlist, Reptile not included.

Thank you so much for the list. Such a great and memorable show. My first NIN show!

  4. Vegas Charlie Says:

What an amazing show!! I was thrilled they played Reptile as I thought they were skipping that at other venues!!

  5. MAD Says:

Can hardly wait to see it on video!

[...] I heard Pretty Hate Machine in Closer and thus far the only person to call it is some bloke in Romania who doesn’t seem to have actually attended the show. Go former Eastern [...]

When seeing Nine Inch Nails in Las Vegas, Trent Reznor announced this was their last tour, and the end of the band. Alessandro Cortini and John Freese were leaving the band, so NIN did not want to continue without them.

Trent also mentioned he was going to start something new with just the four of them. He mentioned they’d be playing in selective states and everything would be from scratch.

At the end of the show, he was thanking the band and telling Freese and Cortini that he loved them. One lucky guy was able to take home Cortini’s keyboard, and after that last “thank you,” NIN played “In This Twilight,” and it really did feel like the end of the world.

Alley is very sad about this, but hopeful still.

  8. Andy Says:

Trents been releasing a shitload of material in the last 2 years, that’s no secret, but it is however very uncharacteristic for him. I think what he means about the new dates is he’s going to scrap the whole high tech spectacle of a light show and screens and instruments and play stripped down shows with just four members on the main instruments like the old day. Possibly alot of older material, since this would go hand and hand with the idea. About NIN ending or never playing live shows, we’ve been spoiled with the recent tours for all the new material. I think he just means they’re going to take a couple years (2 or 3) to make a new record and obviously won’t be touring in that period of time. No reason to be scared.
